How do I treat my Acne?

Prior to starting the treatment thoroughly clean your face. Use an anti-bacterial cleaners, for instance the Dermalogica®:Special Cleansing Gel. The pure red light generated by the DPL® Therapy System is a powerful anti-inflamatory and will heal infected pores. For the best result use the DPL® Therapy System 17 minutes per day (a single session) until you are satisfied by the results, then maintain by using the system once or twice a week.

Rocasea & Couperose

First clean your face well. Sit in front of the DPL® Therapy System, turn the system on and place your face approximately 1/2 inch from the panels. While the light is not harmful for the eyes we recommend keeping your eyes tightly shut. If you have outbreaks along with your rocasea please be advised that initially they may get worse, this is normal as the skin starts to actively heal and extract the waste materials from the pores.

When will I see results?

While results differ from person to person, most customers report results within the first week. The skin becomes softer, applying your creme will feel smoother and some radiance will start to return. Fine lines and wrinkles will start to fade, and in some cases even disappear completely. When exactly you will see results is highly dependant on external and internal factors, especially smoking, drinking, prolonged exposure to sunlight, diet, work environment and genetic make up determine the extend and speed with which you will see results.

Other Skinproblems

Besides Acne, Couperose and Rocasea the DPL® Therapy System helps with excema and psoriases. After use clean the panels thoroughly or place a single sheet of transparent foil on the front of the panel (but not completely around the panel).
